Painkiller Black Edition Vsync Full Details InSee the full details in the post Politics and News Rules Guidelines. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding.Googling suggested enforcing 60fps frame rate via the games command prompt, but it seems to me like it then cant handle busy points of the game as well (more framerate drops if Im surrounded and using the painkiller).
Has anyone else seen this I dont see an obvious option in ATI CCC for forcing vsync, and the application profiles part of that program seems pretty clunky to handle. Its been a while since Ive used AMD, can they not set vsync in game profiles in CCC. By continuing to use this site, you are consenting to our use of cookies. Rep: 183 Registered: Oct 2008 From United States Posted May 08, 2013 1 Im starting the Steam edition of Painkiller again on a new comp and running into some issues that I am fairly certain are caused by too high of a framerate (enemies stuck on or falling through scenery and jerky physics, primarily). Im wondering if there is a launch command that will do the job. I tried using a setmaxfps launch option as described in this post:, but it had no effect. Has anyone successfully used a launch option to do this No posts in this topic were marked as the solution yet.
